POLICIES AND FEES

Villa Bougainvillea has a MINIMUM stay of 28 days. This is in accordance with Key West/Monroe County regulations.  The MAXIMUM number of guests is 6-there are no exceptions.  At least one guest must be 26 years old.  We allow one dog, up to 35 lbs.  A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.  You must cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival to receive a refund.  In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, you will be refunded your rental amount for the days subject to the mandatory evacuation.  Rent will be due for all other days.  We highly recommend you purchase trip insurance if you plan to travel during hurricane season (June 1-November 30).  Fees include a $1000 security/utilities deposit with a $300 allowance for utilities; $300 cleaning fee (includes a mandatory mid-month clean); $150 pet fee for pets; pool heater fee of $280 (December-March), $100 in April and October and $200 in November.
